Coach Hart and the Jump Start Sports Staff will teach your preschooler how to throw and catch in this new program. We use a unique ball and an innovative curriculum designed to teach children ages 4-6 years old how to throw a perfect spiral and to catch a football with their hands. Players also learn other basic fundamentals and play a fun and low key football game at the end of each session.
